Do You Need a Virtual Assistant?

I am an experienced executive assistant in national not-for-profit association management (AMS), both under an association management model and for a military family resource centre. Being efficient and having strong multi-tasking skills were key in working for an AMS, where I worked with four associations and was responsible for a national student placement service for occupational therapists. As a civilian on a military base, I had to be flexible and adaptable in an incredibly fast-paced environment with families undergoing a great deal of stress. I am also a member of the Canadian Association of Virtual Assistants

How does it work?

We set up a meeting virtually or over the phone to discuss your needs and how I can assist you

How do I know how long I need support for?

We will look at the packages I offer together and decide what would best fit you based on your needs, you are able to change packages if you need more, or less.

Will we be able to connect during the day?

Absolutely, I am here for you.  While our agreement is in effect, I am free during my business hours of 8:30 – 4:30 for your needs!

I have meetings after 4:30, and a conference on the weekend, can you attend?

Yes! I am here for you; I can flex my day to suit your needs.

Can we set up weekly meetings?

Sure!  This will ensure we are working efficiently together and that I’m doing what you need from me.

What if I need something that’s not in your scope of practice?

I love a challenge! We’ll work together to see if there’s a way, I can help you out.
